Hi,
My name is Tom and I live in the Stirling area.
I stumbled on the forum today while doing a bit of research and would really like to contribute.
I think I have spotted a few omissions.
Kind regards,
Tom. |

Hi Tom
Welcome - we look forward to seeing you fill in the gaps. Churches and schools are a rich source of memorials that we have barely begun to tap in some areas.
Have you spotted that the first (or second) post in each area's civic section is a list of all known memorials with links to those we have? By definition, those without links are known memorials that we do not have but there are many others not listed.
I know there are memorials at Queen Victoria's School Dunblane that we need to get.

Hello from me too Tom.
Paul has already mentioned that places like churches and schools are ones we are particularly looking for now. All but the most remote of the civic memorials have been posted so it's the smaller memorials we're getting now.
We're also after all war memorials too so it's not just the ones to the World Wars so if you know of any to the wars of independence around your way which we don't have yet please post them.
All the best
Adam |
