It lists all those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of King and Country between 1939 and 1945. I can add that the Stornoway Roll of Honour was compiled because the listings on the War Memorial, discussed in this thread, were found to be woefully incomplete. One note: I was unable to find a Roll of Honour for the village of Tong.
