Located in St. Andrew's West Church, Upper Bridge Street, Falkirk.
(An amalgamation of Falkirk St. Andrew's United Free Church & Falkirk West Church)
UKNIWM: Not Listed.
This plaque is located on the wall to the left of the Pulpit and originally belonged to Falkirk West Church.
