Just in case anyone is looking for this man. His death, registered at Springburn, Lanarkshire, is on the same page as another recent Q&R post (Charles Landers)

Husband of Annie Macrae Noble, of 57, Northfield Broadway, Piershill, Edinburgh.

James Noble died in Stobhill Military Hospital in Glasgow of Angina Pectoris.
His unit is given as Cadet Officers Training Unit and his usual residence as Douglastown, Milngavie. Married to Annie McKenzie Macrae. Father George Noble, a Soldier (deceased) Mother Annie Noble m.s. Parr.
