In Perth Golden Book - Charles S. Robertson, Pte., Royal Army Service Corps.
His MIC M2/183820 shows him discharged. His pension record survives on Ancestry (4 Gowrie St, Perth - where he died). Contracted Pulmonary T.B. aggravated by war service and war stress. DC indicates he died from tubercular peritonitis which I would assume is under the same illness 'umbrella'.

Mark contacted me off forum on this case initially
M2/183820 Pte. Charles Stewart Robertson, 621 Coy., Army Service Corps ( MT ) has been forwarded as a case, on Mark's behalf, to MOD / CWGC as a post discharge service related death non comm ( Pulmonary Tuberculosis related). His details are now in the system.
Am checking for a burial site. Will update when further details available.
Well done Mark in finding him. _________________ Jim

The name of Pte. Charles Stewart Robertson was added to the CWGC database today.
Name: ROBERTSON, CHARLES STEWART
Initials: C S
Nationality: United Kingdom
Rank: Private
Regiment/Service: Army Service Corps
Unit Text: 621 Coy.
Age: 38
Date of Death: 13/11/1918
Service No: M2/18320
Additional information: Son of Charles Stewart Robertson and Mary Robertson, of Glencarse, Perthshire; husband of Helen Robb Robertson.
Casualty Type: Commonwealth War Dead
Memorial: UNITED KINGDOM BOOK OF REMEMBRANCE
The UNITED KINGDOM BOOK OF REMEMBRANCE is a new ‘virtual’ memorial where, in future, the names of casualties who died in the UK will be placed temporarily until their grave sites can be found or until their known grave sites have been inspected and all the formalities completed for commemoration at the actual grave.
This will reduce the time in which these names stay in ‘limbo’ between acceptance by MoD and the public recognition of their sacrifice when CWGC adds them to the Debt of Honour. Once graves are found and confirmed, the commemoration will be moved to the actual grave.

Great to see this development where names can be added to the CWGC database before the grave has been confirmed.
Thanks
