Located on the south side of the A699 Kelso to St.Boswells Road, approximately 2 miles west of Kelso
Memorial erected by members of the 5th Polish Armoured Regiment, and still tended.

| Having tramped around the castle a fair few times, I can't think how I forgot about this one. If memory serves, it was cleaned up a few years ago. |

A new brass plaque to these Polish soldiers who were killed while training was dedicated in the grounds of Kelso War Memorial to day (5/5/2013) in a ceremony attended by the Consul General of Poland, Dr Tomasz Trafas.
