Just came across http://www.scotland.gov.uk/Resource/0040/00408215.pdf online and it seems to be a significant document.

Haven't had a chance to look at in in detail and not even sure where to post it so thought I would start in General and then it can be moved or reposted.

It should be under the Rolls of Honour section at the bottom of the index. It may already be listed
