Whilst on a short stay in Aberdeen I noticed the external plaque on the former Holburn Parish Church commemorating the Gordon Highlanders killed in the Boer War.
I note (thankfully) we have pictures of the windows on the site. However this church does not currently appear on Aberdeen Presbytery website and I don't know it's current status. There was, at the very least, a Great War Memorial, including communion table, within this building. I wonder if it is still within or moved elsewhere?

Don't know Aberdeen but the history is:
Following the "Reunion" of the Church of Scotland, in 1929, Holburn Parish Church became known as Holburn Central to distinguish itself from Holburn United Free Church which became Holburn West.
In or about 2006, Holburn Central united with Ruthrieston South under the name South Holburn, in the Ruthrieston South building - which is at 539 Holburn Street, whereas the Holburn Central building is at 20 Holburn Street. Perhaps the memorials went there if they were relocated.
Seemingly the building itself is still in religious use by an indepdent church going by the name of "Jesus House City of God".
