The name of James Fox appears on the St Mary and St David's R.C Church memorial in Hawick
This a new name to me, I have no one on my Hawick database of that name. His name does not appear on the Hawick Roll of Honour.

Does anyone have any pointers as to who he may be?

Listed under KOSB.
