I believe there is a memorial plaque to Polish forces on the wall of the old library in Kinross.

I couldn't see it yesterday. If anyone is passing through Kinross can they keep and eye out for it.

You can see it here on Google Maps Street View. The building it is on is currently undergoing renovations.
