This plaque is on the side of the Queen Victoria statue at the Foot of the Walk in Leith.
According to Chambers pocket guide book ‘Monuments and Statues of Edinburgh’ (1989) by Michael T.R.B. Turnbull the sculptor of both the statue in 1907 and the plaque in 1913 was John S Rhind.
