Does anyone know if 'Glasgow Parish Hall' is/was the same place as 'Scrolls College'?

Ambrose Norris Wilson is listed on the memorial there and on his entry in De Ruvigny's RoH, it says he attended 'Scrolls College', Glasgow after leaving Whitehill Higher Grade School in Dennistoun.

I personally have never heard of 'Scrolls College'
