It's possible that the names of the two churches in Leith with war memorials, Lockhart and its neighbour St Mungos, have become immortalised in fiction.

J.K. Rowling lived in Leith when writing her first Harry Potter novel. In an interview she said she took the name of Lockhart from a war memorial, so possibly the church instead of the actual names on it? and St Mungos was the name given to the hospital that featured throughout the books.
