To the Glory of God and in memory of Lt.Col A Brook V.D, Lt. Col W Gemmill D.S.O and the other Officers, the Non-Commissioned Officers and men of the 8th Battalion The Royal Scots Territorial Battalion for the Counties of Haddington - Midlothian and Peebles who fell in the Great War 1914-1918.
