Does that say McLagen and Cumming at the bottom? It's a fine looking Roll. They had an Edinburgh office so others like this may turn up.

Appropriately enough this firm's printing works are now the Lady Haig Poppy Factory in Edinburgh. They moved in, in 1965 so Mclagen & Cumming presumably folded before then.
