2nd Lt Kenneth Thomson War Memorial
Location: Leith Community Treatment Centre, Pirrie Street

This plaque was originally located above a bed in the Leith War Memorial Hospital.

The hospital has now been converted to flats and this plaque has been moved to the nearest thing Leith now has to a hospital.

is on the Currie War Memorial panels and Balerno Parish Church Memorial.
On the list of members of Balerno Parish Church who fought and survived are his brother
Lt Frederick Thomson of Scottish Horse
and his father Lt Col Sir James W Thomson RFA.

Sir James died of natural causes just after the war but has no CWGC entry.
