The 3rd Edinburgh BBs were attached to the Mayfield Free Church which later became Mayfield North Church and is now Mayfield Salisbury.

The seem to have met in a mission church (attached to Mayfield North) in Gifford Park until 1978. This could be what is now the True Jesus Church. (see it on Google Street View)

I don't know if this memorial was in the mission hall or this church up until 1978. It is certainly in very good condition.

It looks like the 3rd Edinburgh Company of the Boys Brigade now meets jointly with the 8th Edinburgh company in Liberton Parish Church.
