Where is the memorial located ? It looks rather new - any background.
Only two for WW1 and 15 for WW2!

M.N. Officer Killed
Mr and Mrs A. S. Wilson, Shepherd's Hall, Windygates, have been officially informed of the death of their younger son, Fourth Engineer Thomas B. Wilson, Merchant Navy, as a result of enemy action. He was 21.
