Auchinairn - Strathkelvin District
The Auchinairn war memorial is a 'tree of life' style celtic cross in an attractive pink granite with carvings on the face. It stands on the Auchinairn Road in the centre of the village. This must be one of the best maintained war memorials in the country as over the past ten years or so I've seen it cleaned and the surroundings landscaped two or three times.
