Ken Morrison has compiled the following information listed on one of the memorials which was photogrpahed in a newspaper article.
All bar 3 names all appear on the Galashiels War Memorial:


ROBERT BALLANTYNE K.O.S.B. Robert Brunton Ballantyne, Private (23619) 1st Battalion, King's Own Scottish Borderers.Missing in Action – 30 January 1917.

ANDREW BLAKE K.O.S.B. Andrew Blake, Private (201451) 1/4th (Border) Battalion, King's Own Scottish Borderers.Died of Wounds – 10 May 1917.

ARTHUR J. B. BROWN K.O.S.B. Arthur James Balfour Brown, Private (6854) 1/4th (Border) Battalion, King's Own Scottish Borderers. Missing in Action – 12 July 1915.

JAMES K. BROWN K.O.S.B. James Knox Brown, Military Medal, Sergeant (40121) 6th Battalion, King's Own Scottish Borderers.Killed in Action – 30 September 1918.

ROBERT L.BROWN SEAFORTH HRS. Robert Lawson Brown, Lance Corporal (628) 1st Battalion, Seaforth Highlanders.Missing in Action – 9 May 1915.
