Inside Sandwick Church, Orkney there is a WW1 Plaque which has 9 of the names on the Civic Memorial in the Churchyard-

It reads-
TO THE GLORY OF GOD/AND IN MEMORY OF/
JAMES A BRASS
JOHN CORRIGALL
SIMON CORRIGALL
PETER CORRIGALL

DAVID S GARSON
JOHN R GARSON
JAMES W HARVEY
WILLIAM POKE

GEORGE SCARTH

OF THIS CHURCH WHO MADE THE/SUPREME SACRIFICE DURING/THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918/FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH
