I recently had the opportunity to photograph some almost hidden memorials but only got them at an acute angle. After a bit of research, I found this site https://www2.lunapic.com/editor/ which seems to do everything I want, online and for free. I uploaded the photo and used edit/skew image to get a pretty straight version.
