This a a photographic reproduction of the Great War Memorial from the former St. Andrews & Chapelshade U.F. Church. According to Ian McCraw's 'The Kirks of Dundee Presbytery', the original memorial was deposited with the city archivist in the mid 1980's and details submitted to the 'National Register of War Memorials'. Enquiries will continue to establish if the memorial exists in storage.

Today 2nd November 2020 i received a reply from the Dundee City archivist Martin Allan and he said that Archives would not hold such items as a war memorial and his archive does not hold it but he has directed me to contact the McManus in Dundee as he said that if the war memorial has been deposited it would end up at a Museum so will try this City Musuem and hope its there
