The congregation was established in 1923 and the present church, designed by Thomson, Sandilands & MacLeod, was opened in 1929.

The Church closed in late 2017 and was sold to the Bible Harvest Church.

The Congregation now worships at Sherbrooke Mosspark Church at 240 Nithsdale Road.

Hopefully the Memorial was relocated.
