Paisley YMCA, 5 New Street, Paisley PA1 1XU
OS Grid Ref: NS 481639
Many thanks to James Meikle Smith for the photograph.
Paisley YMCA operates from its own premises in the middle of the Town centre. The Association predates the original formation of the YMCA itself being established in 1832. The original thirteen branches across the town came together to have the current premises built in 1908. The work has, from the outset, been to encourage young men to meet, socialise, form relationships and develop themselves in mind, body and spirit.
