At Inverness Divisional Police HQ there is a brass plaque which reads-

ERECTED/ IN MEMORY OF/ POLICE CONSTABLE/ HARRY URQUHART FRASER/ OF THE/ INVERNESS-SHIRE CONSTABULARY/ WHO DIED FOR HIS COUNTRY/ 1914 - 1918


His identity is not immediately obvious from the CWGC

Born 1889 in Inverness as Harry Urquhart Fraser.
