Thanks to Mrs Aase Goldsmith for the photographs.
Plaque is situated within Upper Largo church.
Not on UKNIWM. OS Map Ref No 424035

Inscription reads
Sacred to the memory of
General James Durham
of Largo
who died 6th February 1840
aged 86 years
erected by
his only surviving brother
Admiral
Sir Philip CH Calderwood Durham
of Polton & Fordell GCB
In memorial of their long and
uninterrupted fraternal attachment
and of that rare union of moral worth
unsullied integrity
and unbounded benevolence
which is eminently distinguished
the character of one
who in life was beloved and venerated
and in death universally lamented
