I have been back in touch with the school for the names missing due to the handrail
if any member can copy the above and work on it so it improves the names please feel free to do so, or pm me and I will send the huge file to go on.

Nice one Kevin. Is the memorial located in the current Kirkcaldy High School ? I'd be interested to know cos if so it must have been relocated as the school has long since moved.

| A book has been written on the ex-pupils and teachers who died in World War One. It is "The Memorial in The School" by John Breck. It is available at Kirkcaldy Galleries or via www.revillepress.com. Sorry do not know the price. |

The book on the war memorial is now listed on the website of Reveille Press. It was published on 10 November 2014 and is now priced £10.99.
Can anyone tell me the current location of this memorial?

| I was under the impression from local press that it was still situated within the school. As the schools are on holiday at present I don't know if there would be a response to any query to them. |
