As well as the Civic Memorial in Dalwhinnie it has now been found that the former Dalwhinnie Church had a WW1 Brass Plaque. This was unveiled in 1920, so well preceded the Civic Memorial.
On closure of the Church the Plaque was moved to the Village Hall where it remains
WMR Report 79820 refers, which has images
The names are the same as on the Civic Memorial, which makes a refreshing change!!
