There are 2 names missing from the Transcription of Column 1 above

Robert K Beattie
Robert J Christieson

This became evident as I entered the names into the WMR report, as a result of the methodology of entering names.

I wondered who the lady was who headed the list - Hyacinth Adam. Embarassed

Hyacinth Alec George Adam, Distinguished Service Medal, Petty Officer (P/JX 131408) H.M.S. Esk, Royal Navy.
Born August Quarter 1911 in Portsmouth. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Hyacinth Adam. Husband of Eleanor (Fancourt) Adam who he married in 1934 in Barry, Angus.
Died on 1 September 1940 and named on the PORTSMOUTH NAVAL MEMORIAL, Hampshire.
On 31 August 1940 the destroyer HMS Esk was mined and sunk about 40 nautical miles north-west of Texel island, the Netherlands.

He was awarded a D.S.M. for actions at Dunkirk
London Gazette 16 August 1940 Issue: 34925 Page: 5065
Petty Officer Hyacinth Alec George Adam, P/JX.131408, H.M.S. Esk.
