There is currently an issue for new users wishing to register in that the CAPTCHA software is outdated.

This is the little box which asks you to type the words you see in an image - at the moment new users cannot do this and so cannot complete the registration process.

I have contacted the site owners and they are looking into updating the code. This will hopefully be fixed soon.
