Alexander W Turnbull RE Died 1920 is likely to be Alexander Walker Turnbull, 66779 Royal Engineers.

His Pension Papers indicate he was discharged with an Inflamation of the Inner Ear, aggravated by military service, on 29 April 1918. They also record his death on 6 January 1920 due to TB and Meningitis. He left a widow, Jean, living at 21 Church Street, Ayr.
