Brought up in Mussleburgh. Enlisted in KOSB age 16. Occ: Telegraph Messager in 1901 Census. Saw Service in Egypt & Sudan. Occ: Labourer in Australia. Walked 150 miles to enlist. East Mudros Military Cemetery, Lemnos, Greece G 10 Plot I Row D Grave 91 EEN 18-11-15 P3 The Scotsman 19-11-15 P8 Burray & Inveresk
