The former church building has been sold and there are plans to convert it to a dwelling.
The memorial plaques are at:
WW1 http://warmemscot.s4.bizhat.com/viewtopic.php?t=3953

and WW2 http://warmemscot.s4.bizhat.com/viewtopic.php?t=3954

The small plaque at the bottom of the memorial reads:
"We will remember them"
This memorial compliments
the original war memorial
which is located
inside the church.
