I have come across a possible non-com on the Glasgow RoH.
He is listed as George Rollo, Private, Highland Light Infantry, 124 Parson Street.
He is not listed on CWGC or SNWM.
I have found his Pension Record (Service No 1439) and his death cert. and they both confirm that his cause of death was as a result of illness contracted during his army service.
At this moment I do not have details of where he is buried, however I shall make enquiries.
Details have been sent to Terry at In From The Cold and he is confident this is a case which could go forward.

Well found John, and just in case it helps:
He was awarded a Silver War Badge (101711) and the record confirms his enlistment as Pte.1439 6th HLI on 11/1/1913 and discharge due to "sickness" on 11/9/1916. No overseas service. _________________ Ken |

6th HLI was a Territorial unit and that ties in with his enlistment in 1913. If he did not serve overseas he likely served in the 2/6th Bn.
Thanks
