I originally had this in the church section but moved it to civic. It is for the men of the parish, not congregation or adherents etc.

A homely simplicity and sincerity characterised the dedication of a beautiful memorial window in the Parish Church of Redgorton, on Sunday, in memory of the men in the parish who made the supreme sacrifice during the Great War.

This beautiful stained-glass window, along with another to Eric Coates, remains within the church which is now used as a temporary furniture store. I dread to think what may happen to them.
