Robert and James Kelly, who fell in the First World War.

Rutherglen Civic Memorial lists a Robert Kelly in the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.

There is only one on SWNM:

Surname KELLY

Date Death 01/07/1916
Decoration
Place of birth Coatbridge Lanarkshire
Other 1st Bn.
SNWM roll SCOTTISH CASUALTIES EXTRACTED FROM IRISH REGIMENTS
Rank Pte
Theatre of death

CWGC has no further details to confirm 100% but it's the closest match I can find.

James Kelly is listed on the Rutherglen memorial as serving with the Cameronians. It's possibly this man, although he wasn't serving with the Cameronians at the time of his death:

Surname KELLY
