Does anyone know what the letters MPD would represent on the 'Remarks' section of an MIC?

Would it be Missing presumed Dead?

Duh!!

Just answered my own question!

The 'Soldiers' Effects document says death on or since 4th June 1915.

I guess they found his body later then if he is buried in twelve trees copse cemetery.
