It is a very interesting design, possibly verging on an abstract version of a Celtic Cross.
Any idea when it was unveiled?

Unveiled on Saturday 9th October 1920 by the Hon Mrs Granville Somerset according to the Strathearn Herald.Designed by G Washington Browne of Edinburgh.Stone came from Camperdown Quarry.
