I did an interview on camera last week for BBC on Joseph Byers, the first Scot to be 'Shot at Dawn'. The centenary is this Friday, 6th Feb.

Just received an email from Willie Johnston at BBC "Byers story scheduled to go out tomorrow. TV, radio and online – from breakfast time onwards."

In particular, I hope to see it on BBC Reporting Scotland at lunchtime and 6:30pm

On BBC Radio Scotland at http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0512jn2 (about 4 minutes in).

And on the web at http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-south-scotland-31118427

I don't look forward to doing these things and would rather not see my name in print or my face on the TV, but I think that it's a story that needed to be given wider publicity.
