The Roll of Honour for World War 2 is in the entrance hall of the Masonic Lodge. This, and the WW1. Roll, are positioned high on the wall which made photographing the top of both Rolls slightly ackward.

Thanks to Mr. Alexander Hillan for giving me access to allow me to photograph The Roll of Honour.

Morag - I think that this might be the final fatality on the Roll:

WEBSTER, C H.
Rank:Major
Service No:279661
Date of Death:26/04/1946
Regiment/Service:Royal Artillery
Grave Reference:27. E. 10.
Cemetery:KRANJI WAR CEMETERY
Additional Information:

I know that the Roll has RSM rather than Major but The London Gazette
Publication date:29 June 1943 Supplement:36074 Page:2978 has
ROYAL REGIMENT OF ARTILLERY.
The undermentioned to be 2nd Lts.:— .
11th May 1943 : —
R.S.M. Charles Harold WEBSTER (279661)

I wonder if he was a Lanarkshire Yeomanry man. If so the Group should know him. David McNay will have contact details, I think.

Once again, Ken, you have come up trumps! Many thanks. I searched for him in many places but never quite found him.
