Thanks to the Club Manager for permission to photograph the Roll of honour and also to use the Club website for any information required.
The Roll of Honour is situated in the entrance and photography was rather difficult due to the lighting.

Rank: Orderly
Date of Death: 08/03/1915
Regiment/Service: Scottish Women's Hospital
Grave Reference: D. 4.
Cemetery: CHELA KULA MILITARY CEMETERY, NIS
Additional Information:

From The Golfers Handbook 1934
Was a member of Murrayfield, North Berwick and Dornoch clubs. Runner up in Scottish Championship 1912; semi-finalist 1906; and was also a semi-finalist in the Ladies' Championship 1910. Represented Scotland in International matches. Died 10th March 1915, on active service, at Kragujevatz, in Serbia, where she was acting as a volunteer nurse and Chauffeur. A hospital fund in memory of her noble life and self-sacrificing death was subscribed to by golfers from all parts of the world.
From the Scotsman 9/11/2014 (permission given to use this item)
Amongst those who died were Edinburgh nurse Madge Neill Fraser
Nursing orderly Madge, from Grange Road, was born in the Capital in 1880 and held certificates in first aid and sick nursing from St Andrew's Ambulance Association.
She was a renowned golfer, who played for Scotland every year from 1905 until 1914.
Madge joined Dr Elsie Inglis, then a leading Suffragist, who had formed an all-female medical unit - which became The Scottish Women's Hospital - and saw active service in Serbia.
When Madge joined the Scottish Women's Hospital as an orderly it caused great publicity as she was captain of the Scottish ladies' golf team at the time and was described as "perhaps the most popular woman golfer in Great Britain".
Madge died of typhus on March 8, 1915, at the age of 36. She is buried in Chela Kula Military Cemetery, Nish, the ancient capital of Serbia
