He will qualify and be accepted by CWGC without problem since his DC confirms he was a serving soldier at his death.
Does anyone know where he is buried? Kelso ?

Just spotted this on the GWF 4 August 2014 - from Peter Hastie:

"Just heard today, from the National Army Museum, that Pvt John Tice 38961, Royal Army Medical Corps, qualifies for commemoration by the CWGC."
