Capt. 2nd Battn. Cameronians (Scottish Rifles)
and youngest son of the late
Robert Blackburn Esq. Advocate
Died Oct 23rd 1899 from wounds received at
Tuli, S. Africa while serving with the
Rhodesian Regt. against the Boers. Aged 34
