This framed Roll of Honour seems to date from 1915, as it only mentions the first two years of the War.

I've not been able to find much information on E Chalmers & Co, but I did find an advertisement on Canmore, which states that E CHalmers & Co were "The leading paper stock and general merchant store in Scotland".

This Roll of Honour is currently held in a private collection. These photos unfortunately do not do it justice, it's a very attractive Roll, although it appears to have darkened with age a little.

One of the men listed died in 1918 but there is no indication of this on the roll - so it would seem to be those who enlisted in 1914/15.
