OS Reference: NS781980

Don't see it listed on UKNIWM.

Anne - great photos. I do like the "split screen" images, it's a really good idea for reflective surfaces.

Samuel McDonald DCM (MacDonald on all military records) is listed on the Saskatchewan Virtual War Memorial together with the citation for his DCM

I've been having a look at the Bridge of Allan Roll of Honour and other local memorials to that area and it's possible that quite a few men have other memorials as follows:

(All these wee places, Lecropt/Bridge of Allan/Logie etc., are almost right next door to one another.)

Anne - the SVWM has the Macdonalds as brothers.
