This memorial appears to have been erected by the people of Holland who were liberated by the 52nd Lowland Division. It stands at the entrance to the Low Parks Museum, where the Regimental Museum of the Cameronians regiment can be found.

Apologies for the terrible photo quality, I only had the camera on my mobile phone...
