I hope this is the correct David Skinner! My David did not perish during the war - so I am not sure if this is the correct one....

Died: 22 Aug 1967 Burnley, England
Parents: William Skinner (Madras Christian College, India), Helen Rebecca Niven
Siblings: Janet (1895- ??) and Margaret Skinner (1902-1960)

David was bought up in Aberdeen and lived most of his young life in the area, attending Aberdeen University and becoming a Doctor of Medicine. Doctor and Aneathetist (sp?) in Burnley since 1925. Doctor in RAF until 1945. Served Africa, Malta, Italy and France. Made Wing Commander. Returned to Burnley in private practice.
