This framed Roll of Honour appear for sale on Ebay several years ago. I contacted the seller and asked if he could send me close-ups of the names. The following images came from him.

I am unaware of the current location of this Roll of Honour, and as I no longer have the sellers details, these are the only images we are likely to get.
