It has earlier this evening been drawn to my attention that images of mine hosted on my Server have not been visible to visitors to the Scottish War Memorial Project.
This came about due to changes I made on my own website on 11th November and inadvertently broke a " link " to these images.

I would like to apologise for this oversight. The images are back in place now.

This situation, has however, raised in my mind the use of my images on this website, and I wish to clarify this beyond doubt.

They certainly cannot be copied or " lifted " from the post, copying the link is fine.
These images are mine / my copyright. I took the image, modified the original in most cases, and linked to them in my posts as member no. 8 of the Scottish War Memorials Project since December 2006. I have never passed authority to SWMP, nor anyone else, to use them as if they were theirs, nor would I have agreed to same.
They are located on my Server and the vast majority are watermarked, either visible or discreet, and are only “ linked “ to this Forum.

Should anyone wish to use any of my images, please ask me first.
